| Sixth Water Information Summit |

"Breaking the Barriers: Let the water information flow "
The sixth Water Information Summit was held for the first time in Europe to stress the global importance of the Summit. Water and information have a lot in common. Both flow from a source to users. There can be too much of it, or too little, it can be clear or ~Qpolluted~R. Having and using it is essential and that is why we want to make a difference.
WIS 6 was a joint effort of the IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre and the Water Web Consortium (USA), with assistance from the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and International Institute for Communication and Development (IICD).
