Hi,
I'm a homeowner in the Eastern Sierra Mountains with a creek in my back yard. Developers are coming into my area, and diverting our creek more and more to new homes. Consequently, our creek is shrinking every year. Someone told me about an organization called LA HOTTEN that is a water protection organization. However, I'm not sure of the spelling, and I can't find them on the internet. Does anyone know of this organization, and how I can contact them?
