I am a water resources consultant working for the Organization of American States (OAS) as part of the Inter-American Water Resources Network (IWRN). Prior to that I was a hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). I now live on a tree farm in New Hampshire (northeast corner of the United States) with my wife Jeanne, two cats, and abundant wildlife.
