Initial discussions of Working Group 3 have been broken down into three parts: (a) Design and Operation of the Water Ring; (b) Design and Operation of the Water Links Database; and (c) Design and Prototyping of an International Water Portal for the WaterWeb site. Since these topics overlap they have been placed in one forum.
While "discussion leaders" have been nominated for the various working groups, all interested parties are invited to participate in these discussions in preparation for the Third Water information Summit in Miami, November 3-5, 2000.
